Arkadaşlar özür dilerim ama birşeyi netleştirmemiz gerek.Bu ankete oy kullanan bir daha kullanabiliyor, sanıyorum bunun sizde farkındasınız.Ben birkaç kez kullandım.Bu ölçü olamaz bence.Genel bir anket açılsa bizim sitemizin dışında "kimin taraftarı daha çok" diye.Oy kullananda bir daha kullanamasa,daha sağlıklı ve net birşey ortaya çıkmazmı.?
