Grosicki sold to Sivasspor, agent confirms
BIALYSTOK, Poland. Jan 08 (PSN) — Jagiellonia Bialystok have confirmed the sale of Kamil Grosicki to Turkish Süper Lig outfit Sivasspor.
Grosicki will play in Turkey
On Sunday, the player will fly to Turkey for a medical test.
Grosicki found himself courted by clubs in Turkey and Greece. Aris Thessaloniki FC and Sivasspor were the two favorites for capturing the Polish winger.
Ultimately, the Bialystok club decided to sell the player to the 15th place team in the Turkish league.
"Aris was eliminated, because they had simply no money to buy Grosicki. Sivasspor made us the best offer and we accepted it. Now everything depends on Kamil, to opt for the transfer," said Jaga President Cezary Kulesza on the club's official website a few days ago.
According to the information of portal weszlo.com, which the agent of the player, Mariusz Piekarski is a blogger for, has stated that Grosicki has determined the conditions of an individual contract and on Sunday will pass a medical examination.
Jagiellonia will get 900,000 euros for their star player.
Grosicki was one of the brightest points for Jagiellonia, and in the entire league in the autumn round. In 15 league matches he scored six goals and scored three assists
